Has anyone tried Vbeam prima for rosacea & facial thread veins? I'm looking for a provider in London and there are only 3 I can find on google, none with very convincing websites! Interested to hear of any experiences, good or bad. Thanks 🙏

I've done a course of 6 sessions with Dr Firas at the Taktouk clinic. In combination with other treatments (Soolantra, azealic acid, etc), it worked very well. The spots have cleared (although still flare) and the redness/flushing has reduced. Dr Firas is also lovely and an expert in the field. The only issue is the cost (600 per session). Also, the treatment provides anti-aging benefits too. My skin really looks amazing about a week later (and I am 50).

If you find someone else cheaper with expertise, please let me know. All the other clinics seem to use VBEAM Perfecta, not PRIMA. PRIMA is supposed to provide superior results. Also, I don't use bruising settings. Dr Firas didn't think its necessary to get results.
