I've been looking for information about H & M returns.
On their website I've found conflicting information about returns for online purchases so can anyone clarify the current policy please?
I bought a couple of things online in 2 different sizes as I know H & M sizing is a bit hit and miss. I was going to return the unsuitable items to store this morning but I've found a thread on here from April discussing online purchases not being returnable to store.
I don't buy from here often so can anyone help?
