Presentation tomorrow & need something to wear

I'm giving a fairly high profile (for me!) presentation tomorrow. I'm not sure what other presenters will be wearing (probably shirt and tie) but I'm now panicking over what to wear.

I don't like skirts/dresses, so will probably go for wide leg trousers, but am stumped for what to wear on top. I don't like anything sleeveless, things with buttons often gape (unless I buy larger sizes, then they look like a tent).

Please can I have your suggestions? I live near most major shops so can take a trip out today (but would prefer to go knowing where to look!).

I often wear the Uniqlo skipper 3/4 sleeve blouse. No buttons to worry about, a neat collar and flattering v neck for a bit of jewellery. Tucks in neatly.

No stretch, but I've never felt it needed it as it is well cut with a pintuck at the front to give a bit of movement and comfort. You can wear it untucked as well if you prefer.
