Anyone flat with a belly- what summer tops do you wear?

I need to buy some new summer tops.
I had a second mastectomy last year so now completely flat. I don't wear prosthetics.
I unfortunately have a budda belly so not fitted tops.
Looking for casual cheap tops with sleeves. Like boho style or floaty tops.
Can anyone help?

How long do the sleeves need to o be?

Mid above elbow or longer. Just not sleeveless.

I'm in a similar-ish boat. Have a stage 4 abdominal cancer which makes me look about 8 months pregnant but because of the cancer, I've lost weight so have no boobs and "old lady" arms. I'm finding it hard to find floaty tops that don't swamp the top of me or accentuate the tummy. Plus sleeves need to be loose enough to accommodate flaming PICC line.

I've just bought this one from H&M which works quite well but isn't actually "floaty".
