Which foundation?

Help. The last foundation I bought was probably 15 years ago from body shop. I am now looking for a new one. I don't really use make up and people say I have good skin but as I age (I am now late 30s) I feel I should start taking care of my skin a bit more. I went to boots today and looked at the no 7 foundation. I'm unsure whether I need a medium coverage eg lift and luminate or maybe I should go for a tinted moisturiser. What I am looking for is something I can easily blend in, ideally with my fingers. Or maybe some other brands (but not too expensive). Any recommendations are welcomed.

Honestly if you haven't worn foundation for 15 years i wouldn't start now. You probably have good skin because of the lack of make up that you wear.
If you did want some kind of coverage, maybe start with a tinted moisturiser. Fenty do a good one. Available in boots and has a wide spectrum of shades

Charlotte tilbury glow foundation is amazing.

Not full coverage but gives a lovely sheen on the skin while looking soft.

I was v reluctant to pay £40 on foundation but I use a small amount each morning and it's amazing and lasts all day

Tbh I hate foundation and could never find one that didn't look like cake on my face. About a year ago I started getting serious with my skincare and discovered Purito Cica Clearing BB Cream and it's an absolute game changer. I don't know how I survived with out, it blends so well and my skin feels moisturised too. I think I bought from Stylevana 👌😄
