Hairdressers assemble- help with my blonde

Morning

Had my hair highlighted as normal a month ago and realised today that it is looking incredibly DULL. It looks like the bleach is literally washing out with every hair wash.

I live in a hard water area and feel this is no:1 culprit but I also need to address my shampoo choices.
Please can you recommend me a twice/3 weekly shampoo that isn't a purple shampoo?

I'm sure you know but just have to mention it in case, bleach can't wash out of your hair. Bleach removes the natural pigment from the hair, this can leave it porous and natural deposits from water can make it look dull.
May I ask why you don't want a purple shampoo? This is what they're perfect for, freshening up and brightening between appointments.

Thank you, I just wanted to express how it looks though I know this is not possible.
I've read previously that purple shampoo can have an overall dulling effect with overuse and I'm wondering if this is the case and I have actually done this to myself and the purple shampoo is leaving long lasting deposits.
Coupled with being in a hard water area, my hair looks bland Confused

Try a clarifying shampoo? Deep conditioner? You can get the leave in ones to sleep overnight with.

my hair is very similar, toner just doesn’t last in mine. I used purple shampoo without any issues, but you can buy the toner and apply yourself, though whether frequent use is damaging to the hair, I don’t know.
