Transparent Bag?

What do you think of a transparent bags?
In this case small messengers or like a camera bags?
Are these wearable as normal bag or is it just some moment of madness and they look like a wash bag?
I quite like this one but I m not sure if it’s acceptable actually to show anything in your bag to public..LOL!

Also it says suitable for festivals etc.. I want to use it as normal grab bag..😟🤔🤔

I don't know how many people want to see my collection of disintegrated tissues, a million hair ties and empty wrappers from DS' snacks.

My bag is full of spare sanitary towels, broken pens and receipts. No one needs to see that.

Only reason to have one is going to eg Wembley Stadium when a clear bag is mandatory.

Although I did have a a clear school bag once, back in the day and I loved it.

Yeah, I agree with posters above. I don’t want all my rubbish on display! And even if my bag was full of expensive stuff like a designer purse, top of the range phone, designer sunglasses or other nickable items, I’d want them on display even less! Might be ok for a beach bag I suppose.

The only times I've seen one "in the wild" there has been a normal handbag inside. Almost used as a way to protect a nice handbag I suppose

I don't like it at all. Mainly for security purposes. Also, don't find it stylish.

Thanks all for your input. I would just wear to the car, like a school run etc..
To be honest the free accessories which comes with the bag are worth more than the actual bag so I will buy it and use the bits for my other bags..

@Tinytigertail its from Pom Pom London. They usually sell lovely quality leather bags ( I’m addicted ) however now I ordered the clear one.. can’t wait..

I would use one as an insert for my actual bags.
So that all the bits I need every day could be transferred between different bags easily, would be very handy when using a large tote/shopper style bag for example.

It doesn't look good as a bag on it's own in my opinion but if you want to wear it, go for it, it doesn't matter what other people think.

People dont buy them for the way they look, people buy them for when venues specify they will only allow transparent bags

and you don't need to buy an expensive festival approved bag - I bought a clear exam pencil case, hole punched it to give attachment points, and put a lanyard on it to put it over my shoulder

Id think you worked in sports direct or somewhere they bag check you.

I had a transparent handbag in 98-99! I loved it 😅

I've got a see-through of those for when I visit a high security prison.

This takes me back! They had a moment in about 1993 and I was very pleased with mine. I bought a whole load of vinyl purses- I think some were actually pencil cases- to put everything in so my tampons, tissues and unpretty crap were not in display to the world.
