Loving Gua sha

I started it a few weeks ago and it's become a lovely part of my skin care routine. I find it so relaxing, it releases tension and reduces puffiness.

Really enjoying it, would recommend!

I like it too! I got into it when I lived in China.

Is there any particular routine you follow?

There's lots of tutorials on YouTube. I don't follow any specifically but I do follow the basic principles of gua sha (eg. Don't use the tool cold, single strokes in one direction). I start at my neck and work my way through my whole face.

Thank you! That’s really helpful. Didn’t know you shouldn’t use it cold!

Sorry to resurrect the thread - I thought that using it cold refreshed your eyes. I got this advice from a Trinny reel. Is this not the case?
