I need my hair lightening but I've learnt from my past mistakes and won't use home bleach anymore, I can't afford the salon though atm ! I've just brought this toner, will it work if I just comb it through my hair ? Missing the roots so starting where the blonde starts iyswim?

I'm sure it's a toner but I'm confused by the ingredients in the box?

Toner won't make your hair any lighter. It'll just cancel out any yellow tones.

Yes, and it doesn't look like you have any. Toner is like a concentrated purple shampoo.
