Dermaroller eyebrows

My DS is 12, and he has very sparse eyebrows, due to keratosis pilaris bumps on his face. I am wondering if anyone has had success in promoting eyebrow growth with a dermaroller?

No idea but i randomly just scrolled past an ad on Instagram that said tapping works to promote eyebrow growth and hair growth.

Interesting... I guess it would increase blood flow to the area, which might help.
