Hi
I have deep ish chest wrinkles from side sleeping. Has any one had Botox there or is it fillers I need? Or is it something else / a lost cause?
Thanks

Omg, I thought it was just me! Really interested in any way to improve them too!

Hearya · 17/06/2024 08:13

@ThisNameWillDoFine I’ve had them since I was quite young and they’re getting a bit worse the older I get. I’ve tried googling but can’t find an answer. Maybe it’s impossible??

I've seen silicone patches, maybe try those?

GogAndMagog · 17/06/2024 13:14

Or derma roller / stamp, castor oil.

ChiefEverythingOfficer · 17/06/2024 13:37

Neither.

Drink lots of water.
Moisturise with rose hip oil.
Sunscreen
Do not tan your skin ever.

Retinols might help

Hearya · 17/06/2024 16:35

Unfortunately it’s past preventative action (altho I do agree this would be helpful for someone else reading this).
I’ll have a look at silicone patches. I’ve tried retinol for a couple of years. It’s working well on the face but not the chest sadly :(

Look up profhilo before anything else :)

DancingNotDrowning · 17/06/2024 22:26

I’ve been looking into this and the answer is apparently fractional laser.

Hearya · 20/06/2024 09:41

Thank you, I’ll look into those. I live in the middle of no where so hoping it would be a more common remedy such as Botox but that doesn’t sound like it’s possible.

Skin booster or polynucleotides.
Both will give good results.

Hearya · 22/11/2024 13:24

Just an update in case it’s useful for anyone who has seen this. I tried 2 lots of profhilo. It made a good difference to my neck (although I’m not sure how long this will last) and made zero difference to chest wrinkles :(
