Swimwear after C section

Hi, we’re going to a lovely resort in southern Europe in mid-August which will be 10 weeks after my second C section. Any suggestions for swimwear? I’m hoping to be mostly back to my pre-baby size 10 but I won’t be looking toned!

I’m not going to dismiss your self consciousness if that is what is driving the question. However you should buy swimwear that you want to wear and will wear again. I guarantee if anyone notices you it will be for positive not negative reasons.

Basically everyone in the resort will be in beachwear regardless of age and size. The ones wearing what they want the way they want will carry it off the best. It is impossible to cover up in a resort and really not worth trying.

From a practical perspective, as I have gotten older I have kept my bikini tops and bought new bottoms that provide more coverage. They are cheap and versatile and make sure I get extended use of the top.
