I recently - after many sessions in the gym, a lot of running and overhauling my diet - lost 4.5 stones, got my BMI in the normal range for the first time in my adult life, and got a bikini for the first time ever to wear on holiday.
However, I've had multiple abdominal surgeries, 2 kids and obviously the weight loss itself; I've got an apron and my stomach is saggy with crepe-y skin.
I realise the only permanent way to sort it would be a tummy tuck but I don't have the time or the money before my holiday to do that. Is there anything I can do, apart from fake tan, to make it look a bit better?
