I went to get my nails done yesterday at a high street salon.
It felt rushed, the drills felt harsh on my nails & they hurt, nipped my fingers a few times. My pinky even bled. Which he rubbed off the blood, apologised & carried on.
I had acrylics and they look nice but surely this isn't normal?
