Updating Makeup - whats current?

After reading the thread about staying current with Fashion, I wonder if my makeup is looking a bit dated now.

What makeup looks are 'current'? And what is 'out'?

Just been thinking about this! On another thread someone suggested tinted moisturiser instead of foundation, if anyone's got suggestions I'd love to hear them.

No eyeshadow or just one colour
Tightlining
Thicker brows (although have read thinner are coming back)
Shinier finish as opposed to matt

(Beware of the I don't conform, wear what suits you, why do you care brigade)

My makeup currently consists of Brown liquid eyeliner on top lid, sometimes a light kohl in brown under the lash line. Black mascara. Very pale eyeshadow. Filled in brows. Matte foundation.

I feel people aren't really using eyeliner anymore? But I look awful without liner as im quite pale.

What about lipsticks? Does any colour go? Red lipstick still as popular?

I noticed on love island they wear far less eyeliner (I don’t care, I love my black liquid flicks)

lip gloss seems to be back and I’m sure I saw that juicy tubes were relaunched.
