Nice trainers for long walks

BottomlessBrunch · 08/06/2024 10:54

Hoping for some recommendations please.

Doing quite a lot of walking at the moment.
Have a great pair of adidas terrex shoes for when it's rough terrain but quite a lot of the trails I'm doing are on hard paths so they're no good.

Anyone got any recommendations for nice trainers (preferable neutral colours).

This is good to know as I love Merrell trainers and walking boots. They are so comfortable and they provide great support for my high arches and a comfortable toe box for my bunions.

Yes they are really recommended for the support. I had to vist as was walking miles on holiday in fitflops and developed 2 morton neuromas! I wear the Merrels all the time now.

Id swerve the trainers and get walking shoes/boots, esp if you are going all terrain

You cant go wrong with Merrells

BottomlessBrunch · 09/06/2024 20:04

Thanks for the recommendations I'll check Merrells out.

I have good all terrain shoes but there's no give on the sole so it's no good for solid paths on long distances.

I'm after more a trainer wasn't sure if trail running shoes would work
