Nail polish colour help?

I’m giving myself a little treat and booked in for a manicure in a few weeks’ time. But I’ve no idea what colour to go for!

I’ll be attending two events in the days after getting it done: one a black tie dinner, the other a christening. For both events I have navy blue dresses: for the dinner it’s floor-length navy with some white accents, while for the christening it’s a solid navy midi tea dress. Will probably wear some silver jewellery with both, nude shoes.

I’ll be going on holiday almost immediately after those events. This polish needs to fulfil a few functions it seems

All colour suggestions welcome!

I would go either French tips, or cool tone nude, or red noir. Enjoy the glam and dressing up.

Short nails in a classic red

Or even a blue toned fuchsia pink( my friend had this recently with a navy dress and looked fab, but that colour doesn't look great on my nails)

Glazed doughnut almond shape? To me at least, this looks classy for the events and bright enough for the holiday while being neutral enough to go with all colours. Very "in" style.

With navy, would you hate beige or navy? So difficult!

I'm doing sparkly pale pink at the moment! Sort of candy floss colour with a fine shimmery glitter. Bit like this.
