Buccal fate removal

Fat not fate

Maybe a weird one, but this is something I am interested in exploring and wondered if anyone here has had it?

I have quite a chubby face, and slim
body. I’d like more cheekbone definition and all the gua Sha and face yoga can’t fix it.

Any one?

Christie Teigen is about the only woman I have seen that benefitted from it and will probably continue to benefit as she ages as she went get jowls

She was stunning when younger, I don’t know what she did to her face to make it bigger as she got older, too much filler maybe?

I think it's just weight gain. She was extremely thin when she was young. I think gaining any weight has rounded her face a lot.

Whilst she is still a slim woman, I think the weight she has gained has gone straight to her face

Massetter Botox will slim your face and jawline
Maybe a tiny bit of cheek filler to add structure

An NHS surgeon offered to remove your buccal fat? Sheesh is that where the NHS spends its money now?

It was part of an extensive facial reconstruction, not on a whim!

I had a round face and now it's mostly gone and my face has more shape. If I had had this done, I would look much older.

Pollipops1 · 08/06/2024 21:44

@crazyplane yes, she is not so thin but I think she’s experimented a fair bit on her face personally.

Yes. True. Once it's gone it cannot be replaced either.

A lot of surgeons won't do this procedure and for very good reasons as stated up thread.

Thank you everyone for all your comments and thoughts. I think I will shelve this idea for a while and look at other options.

Do not do it.
It looks awful on every celeb that has it done and there's no going back.
