I am wearing a navy dress with hot pink shoes and bag for a wedding. I will need a jacket as it's autumn and would like to introduce another colour. Any suggestions would be most welcome or should I just stick to navy?

Can you share a pic of the dress?
if it’s really plain you could add an orange jacket but that would make the outfit about the jacket not the dress.
You could go for a navy and white/cream stripe or other pattern.

A dark teal coloured jacket might be nice!

Ah thank you...I like both of these ideas. This is the dress....it's great for me as I'm busy and as it's a wrap I can tie it as tight as I want at the waist.....😚

I don't care what anyone says - sometimes a very nice fabric pashmina can be perfect for a bit of warmth for a wedding. They often just do the business when everything else fails IMO.

Who is to say they are OUT? Every wedding I've been to since Covid had one or more of them and they looked great draped properly. But howls of derision heading my way I suppose!

OP if you do consider a pashmina type wrap, with your colour scheme I think a pale pink, or even gold/silver one would be great.

A short kimono style from One Hundred Stars?

I’m small boobed so I’m not great on styles for people who aren’t, but something like this pattern could look quite good and be versatile after the wedding

I think you’ll look much more chic and coherent with a navy coat …

A short kimono style from One Hundred Stars?

This could be lovely but they don't really give any warmth.

I would look for a light coat .
