Drawstring waist tops? Anyone?

I’m looking for something to wear with wider trousers and long skirts. I hate tucking in. I don’t like things loose over a wider bottom half as I have big shoulders and look very rectangular! I’m looking for something like this but less pricey. In natural fibres. I have spent ages looking but am struggling. Has anyone seen anything? Thanks.

If you find the right sort of top that would be an easy and relatively cheap alteration for a seamstress/seamsman (anyone know what the sex neutral or male version of this job is?).
