To be a witness in court, what outfit should I wear.

The dress. The top under the jacket looks a bit bling and glam.

Both look nice. You'll be able to sit down to answer questions so whatever you're most comfortable in. I wear shirts in my job when I am in court but always with a vest as I worry a button will pop!

Thanks all, I was thinking the suit.. wasn't sure the dress was very flattering.
I think the top looks strange in the photo it's just black with a floral pattern.

The dress looks neat and professional. The shirt and jacket look somehow messy (or at least too casual) especially with the trousers.
