My body shape is so unforgiving I'm a size 12/14, 5'5", 10stone 10 with a generous tummy the sort of tummy where people might (and have) assumed you're early pregnancy, so bit of an apple shape and I find it difficult to buy tops.
I have a short neck and broad shoulders, but relatively skinny arms and legs, slim hips and no bum also average sized boobs 34dd. I'm a size smaller bottoms than tops.
Basically I don't suit tops that have puffy sleeves, but I like a bit of a sleeve as I'm 40, tops that suit me are a bit fitted and hip length but everything I see is a bit loose and oversized or stops at the waist in length/is designed to be tucked in trousers/skirt.
I also don't have a huge budget. Don't suppose anybody can help? Xx
