Im so confused looking for these, I know the 14% strip isn't available in UK and have looked on amazon US and seem some on other websites. Which are the 14% strength ones?

I debated buying these but didn't straightaway as fed up and sulking with problems with deliveries. I then had my routine dentist appointment for scale and polish and my teeth are so clean and shiny and lovely I thought why on earth did I want to waste money on Crest strips?

Tldr: go to the dentist for a cleaning instead.

They work , but i think you're better off saving up and going to a dentist to get whitening properly done.
