Is it wrong to wear brown eyeshadow with a grey jumper and silver jewellery?

Hello

I have dark green eyes and brown hair. I think my skin tone is cool/neutral. (I'm that Scottish skin with blue/pink undertones)

My jewellery is silver. I have a really nice grey cashmere jumper that I often wear which makes said jewellery look nice imho. But it all looks wrong with brown eyeshadow. Which is the colour that I think suits my eyes.

Any suggestions? Do I try a grey/silver eyeshadow?

Try a shade that's directly opposite your eye colour on the colour wheel. So depending on your shade of green it could be a red or purple shade.

(I realise red eyeshadow sounds alarming but experiment and see)

Agree with cool brown/taupe. Have a look at Victoria Beckham eyeshadow stick in Shroom. It's expensive, but at the pharmacy or beauty counter you will find countless similar. Bobbi Brown mica?

I am similar colouring - try Mac Satin Taupe or Dior Beige Mitzah.
