Loungewear help

Hi

I want to buy some loungewear trousers for a friend who only has a few weeks left to live but I've never worn lounge wear so don't know what is nice.

Ideally very soft and comfortable but suitable for a bit of outside the house wear, (eg half an hour people watching in the park) size 14, drawstring waist (waist size changing due to fluid issues) and bonus points for grey or silver.

Can anyone recommend something lovely I could send her. Budget not particularly tight.
