Panicking over event

Hi all
I’m going to a works event tomorrow - it’s not overly formal but something you’d dress up a bit for. Colleagues are wearing summer dresses and white trainers, some are wearing heeled sandals etc.

I’ve got a dress to wear but I don’t wear much make up or tan , I’m worried I’m going to look really plain with everyone else done up.

I am going to get my eyebrows threaded later but other than that what quick fixes can I try, any good make up tips etc. for a novice? I tried to get booked in a few weeks ago but all the good MUAs are busy where it’s wedding season.

thank you in advance

Tomorrow?! Grin

Hair? Cut / colour / blow dry / up do / exfoliating shampoo and conditioner?

New or best earrings?

New lipstick?

Fabulous perfume?

Manicure? (Doesn’t need to involve anything artificial.)

A leather belt for your dress?

New footwear? Or re-heel / re-sole for whatever you’re wearing?

Avocado or salmon for breakfast or lunch before you go out. (Perks up your face.)

Take an umbrella if it’s outside!

I know I think it’s a last minute panic! I’ve been pretty chilled up to now, think it was the girls talking about doing their tan and makeup etc today.
my nails are done, hair has recently been done (roots at least) good to know about avocado & salmon!
Will grab some nice costume jewellery and do a good blow dry, may try and curl it a bit.

Some mascara and lip gloss? You can't go wrong with them.
