Affordable maternity dresses

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get affordable maternity dresses ? I really don’t want to spend a fortune.

I’ve exhausted asos & boohoo & have given up with Vinted as everything I bought that was advertised as very good condition turned up stained !!

Ah that’s annoying about Vinted - was going to be my first suggestion but I only buy Seraphine on there for maternity wear and everything has arrived in a good state.

I got my maternity clothes mostly from Asda and was also wearing my normal loose dresses that were from stretchy fabric anyway.

What kind of dresses? I've had a lot of luck with Vinted. You want to look for the more upmarket brands like Isabel Oliver and Seraphine

New Look!

Vinted - Jojo Bebe Maman & Seraphine

Asda George

my go to brands last pregnancy

I've seen stuff in New Look, H&M and Next.

New Look seems to have the nicest styles imo. Well, apart from Seraphine, which is ££

Oh and I have seen an advert for Mango's new maternity range. Haven't looked more closely yet though

H&M in the sale section. Likewise for new look.

I got some dresses in new look

Ohh thanks everyone - hasn’t realised Asda did maternity!! Got a few options here so I’ll get shopping 😀

Stick with Vinted but only buy 'brand new with tags'. That's all I will buy and never had any bad item so far.

There's a FB group called Preloved maternity and nursing clothing UK or something similar. I bought a few things off there in my last pregnancy a few years ago and everything I bought was a fair price for secondhand and in good condition.

Otherwise, maybe look at Asda, H&M or New Look.

H&M (seemed the only place you could find maternity wear in-store).
Baggy ordinary clothes from ASDA George (maternity gear is only online).
Seraphine (bit pricey but good, so got items on sale).
Bought a couple of items from JoJomamanbebe/Next but wasn't overly keen on them.

A good tip my friend gave me was to get clothes that double up for when you're breastfeeding (if you plan to) so they last you longer.
