Who is the best? I have looked at Patrick Malucci - but probably too expensive at £14k min. Just because it's Mayfair, there are bound to be equally good people with less good PR I'm sure.
I think I have £10k budget and I'm 50/50 on whether I need an uplift. I have a bony chest as I'm skinny too. I wear 32 D but they don't look anything like a D .
Ideally I'd find someone who could achieve a good result without uplift scars.... would under or over the muscle be better for this?
Any recs please very welcome.
