Eye Shadow

I know that there is an Eye Shadow quad thread. It prompted me to post what I have been pondering.

According to tiktok and pinterest (maybe more...) the trend is glittery 80s hightlighter/shaded complexity. I see it on the eyelids of newsreaders and celebrities.

My question is: Isn't it really aging and so old fashioned (thinking Joan Collins in dynasty)? I prefer a sweep of one colour. Job done.

Do you wear the multiple eye colour and textures?

The trend is simple one and done/ no eyeshadow look

I use the bobbi brown or beauty pie crayons
so easy and now going back to doing elaborate shadow or Smokey eyes is a real pain .
Look much more natural too .
