Hi everyone
so I’ve recently discovered this brand and I love the look of many items, just wanted to ask if anyone else buys and it is good quality and worth the £££ ?

Also is the sizing true to size ? Looking at some jeans £99 & £149 :( also a shell jacket to start with but I love look of the sport leggings too.

I’ve signed up for an account but no discount code offered etc does anyone know if they have any codes to get a small discount.

thank you

It’s very nice quality

Has always looked very chavvy and try hard to me - the ‘horsey’ brand for people who aren’t actually horsey!

I bought Dubarry boots from them, had to try twice to get the size right, very quick service, very fast refund on wrong size pair.
I can thoroughly recommend them.

I’m not sure how close it is to you but Bicester Village has a Holland and cooper outlet store which would give you the chance to try things on, I didn’t go inside personally but a lot of people seemed to purchase lots from there the other day x

Joules try to be horsey, they’ve got a whole range of tops and gilets with a horse trials logo.

Thanks. It’s really good to hear it’s great quality etc .
I am no where near Bicester village so I only can shop online. It’s good to know their return process is easy , I’m going to just start off with a lovely t-shirt I’ve seen and some jeans . I ordered the shell jacket via a supplier shop so got a little discount hope it fits when it arrives .
I also like the look of the Camden boots but they’re expensive so unsure.
I do really like quite a bit on the website shame it’s abit pricey or I’d buy alot lol.

I have a few things from them. The sizing for clothes is slightly on the small size and several of the jumpers I’ve bought have shrunk.

Coats and shoes are fine, just not generous in sizing. I’d probably say if you’re in between it’s best to size up otherwise try your normal size.

also I went to Bicester last year and it was basically a a H&C shop with all the current range at full price and a small rail of cast offs from last season that had been discounted.

Round here it's definitely worn by actual horsey people.

To answer op - sizing is inconsistent even within jeans different colours come up differently. I had one hoodie in size med that I had to give to my 10 year old and another in same size that was perfect. Thankfully their returns are good. I often buy off eBay or Vinted too and re sell if sizing is isn't right but I'm getting the hang of guessing what will fit now
