Does anyone have this, and how's the sizing please?

I have a very old Mac in L, and a City Walker in 12-14 - these are both fine but I've probably lost a little bit of weight since I bought them - I'd say I'm a standard 12 now. The Odyssey only comes in S-M and M-L, and annoyingly only the S-M is in stock so hoping that's fine for a 12?!
