Natural Sea Sponge

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has seen any natural sea sponges anywhere. I used to be able to pick these up when abroad on holiday. They were literally everywhere.

I think (rightly so) that laws have been tightened around their responsible harvesting, as they don't seem widely available. You can still get them, but what I'm seeing online looks rubbish.

Has anyone seen any irl? I'm thinking the likes of John Lewis or somewhere that I might be able to see what I'm getting. I've got a skin condition which means everything else 'scratches' my skin (Urticaria and dermagraphica)

Found these small ones last night in hobbycraft. A couple of the larger ones might do the job as facial sponges, but I'd love a large, luxuriously soft one for the shower.

Anyone have any ideas?

Would a real loofah be too scratchy or those synthetic ones?
There are real sponges available on amazon and I'm sure I've seen them sold as period sponges in pharmacies or in seaside towns.
