What's up with it? Trying to return an item and it wants my order number and email/postcode. Refuses to recognise them. Order number is #NC12345 (it's not) but the FAQ insist it will be 8 digits. Can't put the #in. Refuses to recognise it. Tried email, tried postcode.

I just used it and it worked fine - my order number was NC and four digits (so 6 characters total), you don’t put in the #

Is yours definitely NC then 5 digits?

Yes, it's #NC then five digits. The FAQ say it will be 8 digits and the portal doesn't accept a #.

Did you use it today? My order number is on the email confirmation and then I think on the paper order slip.

I'm on iPhone and I can't think of anything else to try. Did you use NC or just the numbers?

Yes, used it less than an hour ago and also on a iPhone. Ignore the FAQ - mine was 6 characters and it worked so it clearly doesn’t need to be 8. I used (eg) NC1234 and my email address. What happens when you use NC12345?

Can't get past the first stage

Order number is definitely NC12345 I've checked several times and also tried removing a number from start/end. Tried lower case /upper case / spaces / no spaces in the postcode and email

No - its so frustrating. I'm using the postcode it was delivered to, the email I used, and the order number. I've tried all combinations!

The returns portal wasn't working at all a couple of weeks ago, but they did eventually put a message on their website to say they were working on it and to try again the next day.

I used it fine the other day but it wasn't working at all last week so I would keep trying. In the meantime, contact them to let them know there's a problem.

So I managed to get it to work this morning and ...
... tried to drop it off just now and shop said the parcel paid for label was too low and the weight exceeded it. This is the original packaging and one item of two being returned. So far so shit. Definitely won't be using them again if they don't resolve it quickly.

Managed to get it to work. They give themselves over a month to process a return 😮 will not be using them again
