Comfortable trainers help!!!

Can anyone suggest some decent trainers for me please?
I have slightly wider feet and need something that offers more support because I hurt my ankle when I was younger and it gives away sometimes.
I like sketchers but I recently got some that were not true to size and they rub terribly on the tops of my feet.
I'm into DC, Vans , Sketchers usually so any suggestions for me.

I'm surprised about the skechers and think that might be unusual. I have wide feet too and always keep going back to memory foam skechers because I find them so comfortable.

For something stylish I got the Hoffs broadway. They are flat like vans but I was really pleasantly surprised by the thick cushions insole in them.

I bought asics walking shoes for walking. They took a while to get used to and I still probably prefer wearing skechers.
