Stylish, Comfortable Sandals

I am seeing people wearing chunky soled, wide strapped sandals everywhere I go. Are these fashionable at the moment? On the plus side they look comfortable and I have a bad back and planter fasciitis.
So please hit me with your suggestions, no budget as such but if expensive prefer they will last a few years.

I have tried a few pairs of chunky sandals but they all hurt or cut into my ankles, including DM’s 😭

I have just bought these and so far the are really comfy. Not chunky but they come in cool colours.

Thank you they do look nice though I’m not sure about the T bar style.
