Looking for a backpack

I'm looking for a backpack with measurements approx 13"(w) x 17"(h) x 5.5" (d) (height can be more if need be). Needs to be able to fit a 15" laptop, but also take enough clothes etc for a weekend away (the measurements are for my current bag, but I don't know the make). So I'm looking at 25L plus if possible. I like the look of this and this (particularly the expandable nature of the second one.. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've got one of these. I use it everyday for work with my 15in laptop and have found it big enough for a weekend away too

I've gone off the timbuk2, they've got poor trustpilot ratings. Does anyone know of any good high street brands for laptop backpacks?
