Kraken or another backpack?

tried posting this in chat but no response.

I’m guessing the Kanken is a bit of a fad so open to suggestions.

I go away overnight with teen quite a bit and we squeeze everything we need into backpacks and need to replace the only I have.
I also want something that doesn’t look hideous when I am out and about in a city. And has comfy shoulders!
any suggestions where to look (I miss the high street for going for a look about).

I love my kanken but my superdry one has much better shoulders

Eastpak are my favourite. They last for years! Still have mine from when I was a teenager (27 now) and they are still in very good shape.
