So I used to wear a 34a bra. They didn't seem to fit properly anymore. Being too big. So I measured myself and did it using boob or bust. They had me down as a 28d but I ordered a 30d. I tried it on and the cup actually felt better. However it's so so tight and I've got a red mark all the way where it's been all. Anyone have any suggestions?

Does the bra sit flush against your body between your breasts or does it stick out? A 30D actually has a bigger cup size than a 28D. Different brands/styles also fit differently

It will definitely feel tight if you've been used to a looser 34 back bra. An alternative is to try a sister size of the 30D which would be 32C.

@dementedpixie it does fit flush. I think maybe you're right. I'm probably not used to it. The cup feels a better fit than my 34a.
