Bra fitting/sizing

Hello
a combination of some weight loss and hitting the 50 year group has meant a size change in bras. I live fairly rurally so can’t pop into a department store to be measured.
Ive been a 34d for as long as I can remember but they are now baggy and unsupportive.

Are sizes uniform across multiple brands? I was thinking of doing a John Lewis or Next online shop but dontwant a delivery of completely different sizes when ordering the same size (I just did an M&S order and the sizing on their own brands was completely different, and then have the (yet again) faff of returning everything.

thank you

If you can’t get to a store like John Lewis who will measure and fit, Please phone Bravissimo - they will talk you thru the process of measuring and they accept returns. I wouldn’t contemplate M n S - I have never bought a bra that fits. All makes come up different.

Thanks @Rocknrollstar.
That is great advice. I’ll definitely give them a call - I had no idea that such a service was available!!
and also glad (but also slightly infuriated ) that I’m not the only one to find such a mad sizing setup at M&S!!
