I really want to love this brand, the ethos etc. I get a lot of advertising via insta. Two tops received are good quality. But the trousers still not received a month after ordering. The tracking system hasn’t been updated, no updates from the company. Have I just been unlucky and will it be worth the wait?

Like you, I want to love them but I've had issues. I got sent my trousers but they were the wrong size and it's been quite difficult getting it sorted. The tracking system seems not to work - mine claim to still be in 'finishing' but they arrived last week. It looks like the correct size is on the way now so I'm hoping I love them and they fit, after all that.

I suspect they've been victims of their own success and don't have enough customer service people.

Still not got my trousers! On the website it says delivery of the item in 3-5 days. Has now been 6 weeks. No reply to emails. Surely not hard to email out to say there’s a problem, or provide a shipping update? Definitely need better customer service to support the different sourcing/manufacturing process.

I'm surprised it said 3-5 days. The general idea is that they don't start doing anything at all until after they've received all the orders so there's no waste. Mine took around 8 weeks, which is exactly what they said when I ordered them.

I have the right size now, and on the whole the customer service was good if slightly chaotic. They said they had been having problems with their logistics partner and wouldn't be using them again.

I found them more responsive on Facebook messenger than email. I don't think the tracking thing works though - I think it says mine are still being ironed.

Ah, I presume you ordered through the archive sale section? I haven't actually tried that, mine were just from the normal collection.

I like some of their stuff but their system seems bonkers. I have no time to faff around that much for returns.

I bought a skirt from them, but wouldn’t use them again. It wasn’t cheap, the material doesn’t feel nice, and it took ages to arrive. I ordered it on February 21st and it arrived on April 28th. I did receive lots of “order update” emails though. Like you, I really wanted to like the company, but I just don’t think the system works.

I bought a shirt from them (Deborah, I think) in a lovely smokey blue/grey. Excellent quality. Delivery took a couple of months but they'd said that. I'm really pleased with the shirt and looking forward to the arrival of the pjs I ordered at the same time.

I can resign myself to the wait but I am a bit disappointed that some of the colours are a bit off - the new Deborah shirts are only available in orange and green. Would have ordered if better colours.

I haven't had to return anything yet but so far ordering has been fairly smooth and I want to buy from them when I can as I like their ethos.

I've ordered from both the archive section and the general items, the Cader dress was nice and arrived quickly, all was well. The corduroy Shacket (Yasmyn) i ordered at the beginning of September was delivered at the end of December- it took so long that I forgot I'd ordered it and purchased something similar from Sainsbury's for a third of the price.

I wouldn't order from them again, I also wanted to love the brand but it's too difficult to order the correct sizes and sort returns if necessary.

I like some of the styles that Thought clothing have but their sizing just doesn't work for me.

49 days later the trousers arrived. The promised updates have not been received so was a pleasantish surprise to finally get them.
I ordered a 14 regular and would say they are quite long- I am 5.9 and they touch the floor. Snug round the middle despite half elasticated waist. I will keep them, but until the customer service and tracking improves I would not order again. (To clarify, the annoying thing is saying there is the cool tracker available, and that regular updates will be received, but neither happening.). No doubt you will all be hugely relieved to get this update !😂

The tracking and shipping email arrived today to tell me they would arrive in a few days……so the emails do exist, just not at all accurate.

I've got a slightly vested interest as I participated in one of their fashion shoot days and met the owner.

Sadly distribution appears to be an ongoing bugbear. It's worse if you order right at the start of the collection as they seem to batch things up.
I know he's aware of it and it's the major issue to be resolved to make the model work.

I have some great items though, the dresses in particular are good, they have a new gingham dress that looks lovely.
