Comfy jeans

I haven't owned a pair of jeans in years, mainly because I just find them really uncomfortable around the waist. Has anyone found any that are actually comfy to wear? I'm a size 18-20 with a bit of a tummy and shortish legs.

Nope. They're all horrible! I've given up.

M&S do very good “fake jeans” which are more like jersey than denim but you wouldn’t know it to look at them. I have painful abdominal scarring which makes me super fussy about anything on the waist, but even I find these comfortable. More comfort than style, admittedly, but I am beyond caring about that! Personally it’s high rise jeans that are uncomfortable. I’d be looking for mid rise, maybe with some stretch.

Got a comfy enough pair in New look, mid rise bootcut (although actually at the end they don’t seem to flare enough to be bootcut). Really soft denim

Mother is very comfortable, I've sat through a 6 hour + salon session and a long haul flight in them with (almost) no complaints. The material is soft and the fit is great too

I had some old nydj that I found in a charity shop. So comfy.

Tu at Sainsbury have some nice ones. Look at the fabric composition, for comfort you need a bit of elastane in there. 100% cotton become really comfy after a lot of wear though, but takes ages to break them in.

I think jeans are something you just have try alot of pairs to find your perfect ones!
Im a New Look gal, they seem to fit me best.

Although I have got some nice jeggings from JD Williams. Not the trendiest but jeggings really are the most comfy on your middle.

I'm a similar size and have just bought M&S supersoft cigarette jeans, which are very comfy.
