Help wedding guest dress needed

I urgently need to get a beautiful dress to wear to a wedding. But i feel horrible at the moment. Size 24, 5ft3 and massive hooters. I also have minimal budget! What can I wear? Anyone seen anything gorgeous and flattering for a summer wedding?

Boohoo sizing is depressing and fabric not great. Have a look on tik tok and search plussize wedding guest, lots of women showcasing some lovely things
