Power bank, umbrella, Kindle, purse, 2 lip balms, mini perfume, lipstick, antibacterial hand gel, keys, headphones! It's one of the slightly bigger Uniqlo crescent moon bags.

PaillettenBedeckt · 08/09/2024 14:01

I've got the Uniqlo cross body bag.

I keep in it

My glittery snakeskin Osprey purse
Phone in a zip up pouch
My car and house keys
Various medications
Vaseline rose colour in a mini metal case
Watermelon chewing gum
A roll ball thing to catch bag crumbs
An Anker mini power bank
A short USB C cable
My glasses case with either my glasses or my prescription sunglasses in
A tiny wooden spoon that I got from a yoghurt pot
A stone my friend gave me that says 'I love you' with a heart on the other side
A mini clipper lighter in case someone asks me for a light (I don't smoke, but I buy in packs of mini lighters to give away)
A tampon
A small reusable water bottle
Depending on the season, sometimes I bring a flat mini fan or I swap my power bank for an electric hand warmer that doubles as a power bank
Spare vape
Vape juice
Whatever flyers I've been handed out along with miscellaneous receipts that I should have put in the bin
A scrunchie
A fold up cloth with snap that I can use either I case I go in a loo that has no loo roll or as a sanitary pad
Sally Hansen clear nail varnish
Little tube of hand cream (brand varies)

I think that's it. Jesus that's a lot of stuff now I've written it all out!

StressedQueen · 08/09/2024 14:13

2x lip gloss (pink and clear)
Mascara
Eyelash curler
Wallet purse for cards and money

Tissues
Pads
Mini mirror
Hair tie
Hand sanetizer

Lolatusernamesuggestions · 08/09/2024 16:12

This is slightly depressing not for other posters but for me as I look through my bag. Absolute shit tip, in no order at all.
It's a small bag so how I've fit it all in is anyone's guess.
A banana (not manky)
Pom bears
Return receipt from next
A pearl necklace and bracelet
Spare house keys attached to a big dolphin keyring (that last bit is important as I love my key rings)
Anti histamines
A chocolate lolly
Hand cream tube
Sunglasses
A children's mask, which I totally didn't put there
Spare sanitary towel
Another three necklaces (from holiday probably)
Hair bobble
Credit card

Lolatusernamesuggestions · 08/09/2024 16:13

Oh and the pearls aren't for clutching and the pom bears are in a sealed bag not just scattered everywhere.

wintersgold · 08/09/2024 16:19

Card holder
Make-up for touch ups (small eyeshadow palette, lipstick, concealer, brushes, anything else I might need)
A facial mist - right now the Caudalie Beauty Elixir although I don't love it
Keys
Barrette clip
Hair ties
Painkillers
Power bank

GettingStuffed · 08/09/2024 21:02

Purse.
Painkillers X2
Cricket club membership card
Jennifer Lopez one perfumes
Sugar free boiled sweets
Hayfever tablets
Too many old receipts and bus tickets

henlake7 · 08/09/2024 21:31

Nothing...I change my bag practically daily so keep my crap in a basket by the front door.
But usually it's,
Purse
House keys
Umbrella
Phone
Earbuds
Packet of tissues
Make up bag (containing hairbrush, perfume, hand cream, lipstick)
Coin purse (containing painkillers, plasters, sanitary towel)

Although as a dog owner there are probably random poo bags in most of my bags!

Ponderingwindow · 08/09/2024 21:41

Wallet
keys
tissues
hair tie
Nail file
spare contact lenses
sunglasses
lip gloss
tiny hand cream
a tiny nut bar or other snack

allergen free soap
hand sanitizer
alcohol wipes
2 epipens
inhaler
2 kinds of antihistamines
an allergen free plaster
steroid cream

Wowwellokthen · 08/09/2024 21:44

Never had a handbag - just put phone and car keys in pockets.

TheChosenTwo · 08/09/2024 21:51

I hardly ever take a bag out with me, only routinely for work but mainly wfh. Got to go to the office tomorrow though so just got my bag ready:

laptop
notebook and 2 pens
work keys and pass

tomorrow will put in my water bottle, phone and house/car keys.

Beepbeepoutoftheway · 08/09/2024 21:55

Vans rucksack:

  • Refillable water bottle.
  • Toiletry bag with sanitary pads, scrunchie and a hair clip.
  • Paracetamol
  • Perfume/Body Spray
  • Hairbrush

and a tape measure. I always like to have a tape measure in my bag for 'just in case' moments. I always have one in my car too 😂

Feist · 08/09/2024 22:05

Just got mine ready for tomorrow

Laptop
Notebook
Headset
2 pens
Work pass
Purse
Lip oil
Hand cream
Small hairbrush
Water bottle
Ibuprofen
Tampons
Keys

summersways · 08/09/2024 22:50

On a work trip:

Laptop and charger
Power bank and iPhone lead
Spare bag (the type you roll up)
Air pods
Card holder
Keys
Travel docs
Transparent make up bag with tampons, lipstick, face powder and brush, blister plasters, hand cream, pain killers, tweezers
Spare heel grips so my high heels stay in place

Trying to mari kondo my life and now empty my bag each time I get home and keep it all safe - game changer as it seems to mean I lose less stuff and don't have to faff around when I change bags every other day
