Dry eyelid

After a lifetime of having slightly oily eyelids done has developed a really dry scaly patch. I thought it would be a passing thing but nothing is budging it. I've tried sudocream, LRP cicaplast, night cream, Vaseline! It's really annoying.

Any other recs? My skin is otherwise fine to combination. I did overhaul my skincare a while back (double cleaning, toner, serums etc) but this patch developed quite a bit after.

Warm compress on your eyelids for ten minutes then gently massage then with (clean!) fingertips then wipe with cotton balls.

My dry eyelids were due to blepharitis treated as above and fine after a couple of weeks.
