Baby boy clothes recommendations

Asking on behalf of SIL who has an almost 6 month old.

She now has an almost 6 month old son but wants to get clothes for her baby.

However, she finds that Zara where she got baby boy clothes from before the quality and styles recently isn’t great.

She’s got bits from The White Company since he’s been born and also Tu (Sainsburys) and Tescos.

Any other recommendations though?

I don't think you can go wrong with next for quality.

Most of my boys' come from next, Zara, Tesco, George, and H&M. I usually buy everything second hand off vinted but got some new sets from Matalan and I was really impressed.

I have two boys and agree about Zara - when my eldest was a baby I found Zara great both in terms of quality and something a bit different. With my youngest now (16 months) I never see anything in there I like for him, it’s the same beige crap as everywhere else.

I like TU, Lindex, H&M, some of the less twee bits from JoJo Maman Bebe and Frugi. I use Vinted a lot and will search ‘vintage baby boys clothes’ for example and have found him some really cool bits from eg Adams (remember them!) I love DS in dungarees, there is a brand called Dotty Dungarees that do the absolute cutest ones. They’re not cheap but they last forever as they are adjustable.

I get all my clothes from the baby bank so everything is well used (&free!).
Next, H&M and John Lewis items all seem to wear well. As do supermarket clothes, I particularly like Asda. They have some really nice items.
