5ft 1 - UK 16 - HELP

Can anyone please help me dress somewhat stylish?

I'm 5ft 1 and a size UK16. Shape wise, my stomach is my worst area - if not for my belly, I'd probably fit into a 14 but my belly is out of proportion to the rest of me.

I also have a pouch as I had an EMCS less than 2 years ago. I've started aero Pilates and hoping to see some results but, for now, I desperately need help.

All I ever wear is either jeggings and a floaty top with trainers or leggings with a floaty top and trainers. I'm so boring looking and frumpy.

I don't suit dresses because my middle protrudes so much and I just don't feel comfortable in them.

I think I look ridiculous in wide leg trousers also.

This hot weather recently has me stressed.

I would love to have some sense of style and feel confident in what I am wearing.

I am 43 but most people think I'm early to mid 30s (I do agree that my face looks a lot younger) and I have mid length blonde hair so I feel most confident in pastel / soft coloured tops.

Any ideas? I can't bear another day sweating in tight jeggings!

5ft2 and a size 18 with a belly so I know where you are coming from. The trick I find is to get semi fitted tops that skim and are long enough to cover your belly. I often take them in myself or add a well placed dart to make them fit better.
I wear them with crop jeans or trousers throughout the summer but I'm retired so don't have to dress for work, when I did I wore straight leg, rather than wide leg trousers. Much more flattering.
