Salon shampoo and budget conditioner and hair mask OR budget shampoo and salon conditioner and hair mask

Any hair stylists on here? If I can not afford to get all salon products, then is it better for me to buy a salon shampoo and budget conditioner and hair mask OR to buy a budget shampoo and salon conditioner and hair mask?

My hair is long and very dry.

what is your budget op?

Cheap shampoo. Expensive conditioner

Probably £20-25 for something really good and worth it, and then rest £10 each.

Definitely cheaper shampoo and more expensive conditioner. Dilute the shampoo and use sparingly.

Which cheap shampoo do you recommend?

How do you dilute shampoo? To what ratio?

Is really recommended a pre shampoo conditioner like elasticizer or olaplex no 4

Not a stylist but if you don't colour your hair, I'd use an own brand one from somewhere like Boots or Superdrug.
Cheap pre-wash hair mask - castoer oil or coconut oil as a pre-wash mask. Get the oil from ethnic supermarket or pound shop.
Castor oil is good but gloopy.

That's what I've been doing already and my hair is still dry!

Kerastase Nutritive conditioner is lovely and works really well for dry hair.
