Hats for summer

Which style hat to wear this summer? I have no idea and want to find a nice hat to wear to days out in the sun with the family. Cap? Floppy hat? Straw!?

Following. I'm going on a French city break next week and my usual baseball cap won't cut it!

I like a cap as other hats can be difficult in the wind. I have some nice straw hats from French markets so pick one of those up there?

I'm in search of a good hat for summer wear that is casual, don't want to look dressed up or baseball cap. I also have a large head lol so tricky if I find anything I will share
