Help me find these everyday dresses

Hi!

I'm looking for fairly basic style t-shirt dress that goes in at the waist.

I can see lots of baggy ones and plenty with puffy sleeves/frills/belts etc, but I'm short and too many details drowns me and looks ridiculous.

I have one dress that's like a short sleeeved t-shirt but reaches to mid shin and is gently tailored around the waist and it's just perfect. So comfy and flattering.

Can anyone point me in the direction of more of these?

Anything labelled “skater dress” or “cinched waist t shirt dress” should have the shape you want. Be careful of accidentally buying a shapeless dress. Models pose with one hip stuck out to make shapeless dresses look more shapely, sometimes.

Have a look at the Toast Lydia dress. It's very flattering in a cotton jersey fabric, sleeveless. There's also a short sleeved version called the Noelle dress. Also lovely.

I'm in the same boat body shape wise, I saw some in mountain warehouse but I bought them cheaper of Vinted 2 have tags on still and the other in very good condition. I'm sure they were around £15 in mountain warehouse I paid £4 on Vinted
