Better quality than cider/shien etx

I quite like the look of a lot of the online ads for cider and shien dresses. But the quality is abysmal.

I assume that these online brands copy from other companies. Where are they copying designs from? I’m plus size and would love a lot of the dresses they advertise but don’t know where to buy decent versions

I totally agree and understand op. I'm a size 14-16. I actually like a lot of the clothes that places like shein, boohoo, cider etc do but yes I'd like better quality. A lot of the more expensive brands like Boden/joules/fat face etc I find make me look quite frumpy and middle aged. I need clothes with a bit of stretch 😂and that are a tiny bit sexy/glam/youngish but would like reasonably good quality.

Very difficult to find.

Joe Browns? Similar boho type vibe but better quality, although you still have to choose a bit carefully as still some thin rubbishy polyester and jersey stuff but I've been very happy with their cotton products.

Also Collectif, Joanie worth a look.

Exactly this!! I don’t mind boden for work but would prefer not to look too much like a middle aged, middle class mum (my husband likes to remind me that I look like a mum, because I am a mum)

Skims is what you need …

Not that keen on skims. A lot of the stuff looks cheap but costs a fortune
